This piece is a prototype for a more sustainable design.  The idea is to take discarded fabrics (such as drapes, tablecloths, old clothing, etc.) and coil them together to make a new, warmer, malleable fabric.  This is great for fabric that has unsightly holes and/or stains since it can be easily hidden among the design.
